Apparently the season premiere of Fox’s 24 has caused a little controversy. Some see it as right-wing propaganda. Others may have noticed the jabs at the current administration (“He treats the Constitution like a list of suggestions!” says one character). Perhaps the plot is actually “fair and balanced?”

Steve Irwin’s widow has reported that all footage of her husband’s death has been destroyed. I, for one, am glad that it will never-ever be posted to the internet.

Once again I remembered that it was National De-Lurking Week halfway through. Why not say hello for the very first time?
