It reminds me of a couple things: 1) my favorite hall t-shirt in college (the floor above us) that cleverly stated: &quot;I have chosen to be a Calvinist;&quot; and 2) the time I played in a church softball league (and I thought Presbyterians were competetive!).

I don&#039;t know all the gory details, but SBTS had become infected by liberal theology (non-Theocentric).  More than half the faculty left after he was appointed as president (see &lt;a href=&quot;http://www.theopedia.com/Albert_Mohler&quot; rel=&quot;nofollow&quot;&gt;Mohler&#039;s bio&lt;/a&gt; at Theopedia).</description>

		<description>I&#039;m not sure what changes Mohler&#039;s brought to SBTS, but I sure hope he&#039;s cleaned up the Intramural Basketball league.  Our seminary (Louisville Presbyterian) fielded a team there (&quot;The Frozen Chosen&quot;).  We should have won the &#039;85 championship.  It was pre-ordained, I&#039;m sure of it.  But we were robbed by a bunch of Armenians!  That&#039;s what you get when you rely on sinful human effort to accomplish something.  Best to leave it in God&#039;s hand and let the chips fall where they may.</description>
