Should CBS Have Rescheduled Category 7?

In light of the killer tornados that ripped through Kentucky and Indiana last night, I am surprised to see that CBS still aired Category 7: The End of the World. I was flipping through the channels and was hit with the sight of a trailer park–and its inhabitants–being ripped to shreds.

  1. I was disgusted with Category 7 after a mere 20 minutes. It was clearly a political statement against the President, and despite my initial curiosity, I had enough and turned the thing off. I don’t believe CBS had any sensitivity in mind, only a political agenda.

In light of that, then maybe global warming did not cause the tornado? Maybe CBS caused it as part of their political agenda/ratings push?

Seriously, though, I didn’t get to see enough of it to pick up on that, but I’m not surprised.
